A Singapore bakery since 1981
焼きたて・1981年創業
Forty five years of Japanese baking across thirty neighbourhoods. Soft milk bread, pastries made each morning, and cakes for the days that matter.
Baked the morning you collect it
Seven signature cakes in 15 cm, 21 cm and 24 cm. Pick one, choose a two hour slot, and it is waiting at your outlet.
A cake is only as good
as the hands it passes through
Before our bakers touch it, a Four Leaves cake has already been through a whole year of someone else's work. A greenhouse in Tochigi at four in the morning. An orchard in Okayama where every peach is wrapped by hand. Cold pasture in Hokkaido. Wheat on the Tokachi plain, milled soft.
“A strawberry tells you when it is ready. You only have to get up early enough to listen.”
Kenji KobayashiKobayashi Ichigo-en, Tochigi
Every one of our seven cakes carries a story like this, told in full on its own page.

Forty five years of the same careful way

Passion, choice and trust
A Singapore bakery since 1981, built on Japanese methods and one simple belief: good quality is good service.
Four Leaves opened its first shop on Nutmeg Road in 1981. Forty five years later we run a central factory and thirty outlets of our own across Singapore, alongside a family of sister bakeries.
Every stage is checked, from the wheat flour we buy from one of Japan's leading millers to the loaf on the shelf. We hold our kitchens to Japanese standards of food safety and hygiene, because the bread is only as good as the care behind it.
Who we are
Company profile
Since we were founded in 1981, Four Leaves has kept growing and expanded across Singapore. We began with a single shop on Nutmeg Road, and over the years grew into a company running its own factory and many outlets.
Besides the Four Leaves brand, we run St Leaven at Takashimaya, Epi d'Or at Raffles City, Yamazaki and others, and we have expanded to Kuala Lumpur and Penang as Four Leaves Malaysia.
We bake our breads and cakes with the latest Japanese production methods, strict quality control and a spirit of creativity, because we believe that a product of good quality is good service to our customers. As food safety matters more and more in Singapore, we apply Japanese quality assurance standards throughout, and even our wheat flour comes from one of Japan's leading millers.
As a leading company in Singapore's bakery industry, we keep working to build a creative culture in the country's food industry, and in baking above all.

Rewards
Up to 6% back on every cake you order online. Free to join, and never needed to buy a cake.
What your points are worth
Every $2 you spend on a cake order here earns 1 point. Save them up and swap them for money off a future order.
The percentage on each voucher is how much you get back compared with what you spent to earn it. At 5%, every $100 of cake gives you $5 back. The bigger vouchers pay a better rate, so waiting is worth it if you can.
$5 off
60 points
Returns 4.2%, about $4.20 back for every $100.
Reached after about $120 of cake. Our cakes start at $35, which earns 17 points, so that is around four cakes.
$10 off
100 points
Returns 5%, $5 back for every $100.
Reached after about $200 of cake. Two $5 vouchers would need 120 points. Waiting gets you the same $10 for 100.
$20 off
160 points
Returns 6.25%, $6.25 back for every $100.
Reached after about $320 of cake. Spent as a $10 and a $5 voucher, the same 160 points would only get you $15.

- Send feedback through the form on this site, or by email to onlinesupport@fourleaves.com.sg.
- If you are unhappy with the quality of a product, bring it back to the outlet you collected it from within two days of collection. We need a reasonable amount of the product, and reasonable time, to investigate.

- We are not liable for a product brought to us more than two days after collection.

By using the website you acknowledge that you have read both, and you consent to our collecting, using and disclosing your personal data in line with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What we collect
1.1 How we collect it
We collect information in several ways, with the aim of giving you an efficient and useful experience: from what you supply to us, from emails and other contact you send us, and electronically from everyone who uses the website, by means of cookies.
1.2 What we collect
- Customer details, such as title, full name, date of birth, gender and home address.
- Contact details, such as email address, mobile number and business number.
- Payment details, such as the name on the card, the card number, expiry date, verification value and billing address. These are passed to our payment processors so that they can take payment on our behalf. We do not retain card details.
- Account details, such as the username and password you register with us.
- Other details, such as the orders you place, the sender information on emails you send us, and anything else you choose to tell us.
1.3 Cookies and similar technology
- Like many sites we use cookies and web beacons to speed up your navigation, recognise you and your access rights, and understand how the site is used.
- Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Most browsers accept them by default. You can refuse or remove them, but then parts of the website will not work, because cookies are what let you select products, put them in a basket and buy them. Our cookies cannot read anything else on your device, and they are not spyware.
- Web beacons help deliver cookies and tell us whether a page has been viewed, and how often. Any electronic image on the site, such as a banner, can act as one.
2. How we use and share it
2.1 Inside Four Leaves
We use your data to process your order and serve you, to let our payment processors take payment, to answer enquiries from you or people you authorise, to run our membership programme, and for related activities. We also use it to improve the content and layout of the website, for our own marketing, and to understand our visitors in general.
2.2 Talking to you
We use your data to write to you about the website, your orders and your membership, to confirm your registration, to send the occasional service announcement such as planned maintenance, to tell you about new products, rewards and promotions, and to send newsletters and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
2.3 Outside Four Leaves
We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose your data to anyone outside Four Leaves and its affiliates, except:
- to service providers who perform a function for us, such as hosting, or card companies, banks and payment gateways processing your payment. They may pass it on to their own providers only as far as that function requires;
- to meet legal and regulatory requirements, including helping law enforcement and other authorities, or where disclosure is needed to protect our legal rights, enforce our terms, or protect ourselves or others, for example to reduce the risk of fraud;
- as non personal information, such as visitor numbers or the size of an order on a given day, which identifies nobody.
We will not use your data for purposes other than those we have told you about, or those permitted by law.
3. Storage and security
Your data is held in our own databases, on servers we own and run, behind firewalls that guard against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We take that seriously, but transmission over the internet can never be guaranteed secure, so any transmission is at your own risk.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, for our legal or business purposes, or as the law requires.
5. Access
To see the data you have given us, write to onlinesupport@fourleaves.com.sg. You may also ask for a copy of it, or for it to be sent to another organisation, where it is processed automatically and on the basis of your consent or a contract. A reasonable administrative fee may apply where the law allows. In exceptional cases we may decline access, for instance where an authority objects, where the information could affect someone’s life or security, or where the data was collected in connection with an investigation.
6. Opting out and corrections
At your request we will correct or update your data, stop sending marketing messages, or close your account. Write to onlinesupport@fourleaves.com.sg. Please do not email your card number or other sensitive details.
