Our XL clans are harvested in Northern water of Singapore. We only harvest the XL, the smaller ones are released.

We harvest these guys are harvested in Areas where there are quick sand, snakes, crocodile and monitor lizard. Extremely tasty but because they are so difficult to get, you hardly see them on sale.
